For the sake of simplicity, our shipping costs are lump sums. We therefore reserve the right to pass on significant additional costs to you, e.g. in the case of forwarding goods, large goods deliveries to Switzerland or island traffic. In such exceptional cases, we will contact you before the goods are dispatched and work with you to find a solution. A subsequent invoice will therefore not be issued if the costs have already been incurred, but as a rule promptly after receipt of your order by ARTYLUX. | |

| Cash on delivery | For deliveries within Germany, you can also pay cash on delivery. A fee of 6,- Euro including VAT will be charged. The invoice amount is due upon delivery of the ordered goods. For deliveries by a forwarding agent, e.g. for very large lights, payment on delivery is unfortunately not possible. We will inform you in good time and find another solution together. Orders from abroad
We only process orders from abroad against prepayment (bank transfer or via PayPal). Payments from foreign banks are sometimes only credited to us after deduction of high fees. We have to charge you for this deduction.
Deliveries to countries of the European Union (EU)
For deliveries to private individuals in countries of the European Union (EU), the one-stop store regulation has been in force since July 1, 2021, under which the applicable statutory VAT of the respective country of delivery must be charged. Our store system therefore recalculates the amounts as soon as the delivery address is set in another EU country. For commercial customers in the EU, it is possible to have goods delivered to your country without VAT by providing a valid VAT ID. To do this, please first create a customer account with the correct company name and VAT ID.
Deliveries to Switzerland
You can of course order conveniently from Switzerland. Further information can be found on our"Delivery to Switzerland" page.
Bulky goods to Switzerland
Due to their size, some lights are no longer covered by the standard shipping flat rate to Switzerland. In such rare cases, we reserve the right to request shipping from several carriers and charge the difference. We ask for your understanding.
Deliveries to non-EU countries in general
For orders from non-EU countries, we reduce our prices by the German VAT included. You will then have to pay the import VAT applicable in the country of destination. Under certain circumstances, additional customs duties may be levied, about which we cannot give you any information.

We are a cooperation partner of Landbell AG for return systems.
