How long does a delivery take?

The delivery time for available items is:
To Germany 1-3 working days
Abroad: 4-10 working days

As many of our items are offered in a wide variety of designs, our warehouse is initially only stocked with the "classics". Therefore, delivery times are often 2-3 weeks, as the lights are only ordered from the manufacturer after the order has been placed.

What does shipping cost?

The flat-rate cost (incl. VAT) for shipping as an insured parcel to Germany is 5.80 ?.
If we deliver your order in several parts for technical reasons, we will of course only charge the shipping costs once.

We reserve the right to pass on significant additional costs to you, e.g. for forwarding goods, large deliveries to Switzerland or island traffic. In such an exceptional case, we will contact you before dispatching the goods and work with you to find a solution. Therefore, a subsequent charge is not made if the costs have already been incurred, but usually promptly after receipt of your order by ARTYLUX.

How do returns work?

If the item is defective or you do not like it at all, you have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please contact us before returning items.

Once your return has reached us and the item has been checked, we will refund the corresponding amount to you within a few days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The respective amount will be transferred back to your specified account. In this case, please do not forget to provide your bank details for the refund.

The prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you have only tried out the goods as in a retail shop and that you return the goods to us complete, in their original condition, intact and undamaged in the original sales packaging.
